Scope

This policy describes the information processed when someone visits the public pages of DeepCameo or contacts the project by email.

The data controller is the individual administering DeepCameo. Privacy-related inquiries can be sent to press@deepcameo.ru.

Information processed

Technical information about a request and connection may be processed while a page is served, including IP address, browser information, time of access and requested pages. This information supports site delivery, availability and security.

When you send an email, the sender address, message and any attachments are processed as necessary to review and respond to your inquiry.

DeepCameo maintains aggregate page-view counters for published representations. These counter records themselves do not store visitor names or persistent browser identifiers.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information is processed to operate and protect the website, respond to inquiries and understand traffic. Processing is carried out on a lawful basis, including a voluntary inquiry or consent for optional analytics where applicable.

Registration is not required to browse public DeepCameo materials. Personal visitor accounts are not currently offered on the public website.

Analytics and browser choices

With the visitor’s permission, DeepCameo may enable Yandex Metrica, provided by Yandex. The service may process data about visits, interactions, browsers and devices, and use cookies or related technologies.

DeepCameo does not load its Yandex Metrica tracker without permission. The decision is stored in the browser’s localStorage and can be changed through “Analytics settings” in the page footer. Withdrawing permission does not reverse earlier data transfers.

Retention, recipients and protection

Information is processed and kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations, and subsequently deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

The website runs on infrastructure provided by Beget. If analytics is enabled, relevant information is transferred to Yandex Metrica. In other circumstances, information is disclosed only when a lawful basis exists.

Organizational and technical measures are used to restrict access to and protect information.

Visitor rights

You may request information about the processing of your personal data and request correction, restriction or deletion where provided by applicable law, or withdraw consent you have given.

In order to respond, information may be requested to connect the inquiry to the relevant data and verify the requester’s entitlement.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated if DeepCameo functionality, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page. Introduction of visitor accounts or new processing activities will trigger a review.
